CROSSCOUNTRY THE BAND

After nearly 10 years in the Central Texas area, 3 CDs, 6 number one songs and numerous awards, CrossCountry the Band has taken their music, message, and families to the Nashville, TN area. This comes as no great surprise to those who have been following the music/ministry of this unique country band.

Unlike most country bands who stake their claim musically through local clubs and dances, CrossCountry has established their brand of positive country music by working with NASCAR events, fairs, festivals, prisons, rodeos and churches, providing original positive musical entertainment. But make no mistake about it, even though this group was based in Central Texas, they rival the best that Nashville has to offer, leaving little doubt that this move is the next step towards even greater opportunities for CrossCountry.

Coming on the heels of their recent return from a tour of North Korea and most recently an appearance at the Grand Ole Opry during Fan Fair, finding time to make their move has become quite a challenge, yet two of the band members, Casey Morton and founder Leo Johnston, have already sold their homes and have relocated. But this doesn't mean we won't be seeing or hearing from these guys in the near future. So, don't forget to say good-bye, but only for a season as they plan to make Central Texas a frequent stop as they travel... CROSSCOUNTRY.
