| Branded-Duo song "Heroes" wins "Song of the year" at ICMA awards |
Branded-Duo garnered "Song of the Year" honors as the multi-awarded Duo's song, "Heroes" reached it's well -deserved summit. Writer Paul Staggs stated that "this song was always for the troops and they (the troops) are deserving of this award. We just get the honor of singing it in their honor".
Heroes are defined as,”men and women of distinguished courage or ability, admired for their brave deeds and noble qualities”. Throughout history, there have been individuals who have ignored danger and stood their ground in the face of adversity. The duo, Branded, offers an anthem honoring their courage and sacrifice.
